 Feedback's are very important in any business. It does reflect your customers opinions about your products and services or does it? How do you deal with difficult customers? They say that no matter how hard you try to satisfy most of your customers, you will at some point have to deal with negative feedback's.  I remember the first neutral feedback we received on our Amazon UK shop. It was very upsetting but we took it as positive and worked with it.  The customer is "king" and always right. My opinion is that its best to remain professional at all times when responding to negative feedback's.  Its upsetting and to some extent may affect your business, but let it spur you to greater  heights. Learn from it  and work with it. We do have awesome  customers at fab4 hair n beauty  and  are appreciative of their patronage. Fab.
